Kina jumped from her bed and had her axe in her hand before the person who had entered her room could turn.
"Who are you and what do you want?" Kina demanded.
The person turned round and Kina saw it was a woman.
"Peace, I mean you no harm." The woman replied, "I am Elisha."
Kina scowled at the woman, "How do I know you won't harm me. I've been here less than a day and already there are people that think I'm a spy."

Elisha raised her gloved hands and lowered her hood revealing that she was an Imperial woman with tightly bound black hair. Even wearing her black leather armour of the Dark Brotherhood she still felt rather intimidated by the purple haired woman.
"You are Kina yes? The Valkyrie maiden who stole the heart of Damien?" Elisha asked

Kina frowned and relaxed a little, but did not lower her axe.
"I am, do you know where I can find him?"

Elisha directed Kina to a chair and sat down herself as well.
"I am sorry, as much as I would like to take you to him, I am forbidden to do so"
Elisha sighed and laid a large map of Skyrim out on the table.
"He said you would know how to find him with this"

Kina looked at the map confusedly. "Who forbade you to take me there? Damien? Why?" She had so many questions for this woman but something on the larger map had caught her eye.
In the top left corner was a symbol that matched the one on the map that Damien had given to Dante to pass on to her. "Solitude?" she read from the map. "Is that where he is?"

"Yes it was him who forbade me from taking you straight there. He has made a number of enemies here and he needs to safe guard what he does he for the people of Skyrim"
Elisha placed her hand on Kina's arm.
"There's a fight in the tavern and a storm blasting across the plains so take care"
Elisha took a pack off her back and opened it to pull out a second set of armour like hers.
"Wear this; it will help you keep warm"

Kina took the armour gratefully. "Wait, who can I trust around here?"

"Thieves, assassins, a number of mercenaries and the Imperial soldiers"
Elisha remembered when Damien described Kina to her.
"Err actually those to trust will be hard for you to identify. Keep your hair hidden by the hood and your claws in the gloves. Take the town carriage to Solitude when the weather clears and walk the rest of the way or take a horse if you can afford one"
Elisha drew her hood up and looked at Kina one last time with a small smile on her face.
"I hope you find him soon. I will alert our network to your presence here and they shall watch over you as you travel. Hopefully word will reach him before you get too far down the road"
Elisha handed Kina a pouch full of gold coins.
"This should cover any expenses you may have"

Kina took the pouch and thanked Elisha one last time. "You have no idea how much I appreciate your help."
She watched as the woman left her room, and quietly locked the door. She could hear the brawl that Elisha had started and smiled. Deciding that she needed rest before continuing on her journey, Kina lay down upon the bed and started to doze off.

Elisha moved swiftly through the brawling men just as the town guards aided by some Imperial soldiers stormed in to start making arrests. A soldier who knew her let her slip out of the door unimpeded. She disappeared into the storm as it blasted through Falkreath.

The next morning Damien lay face down in his bed with his head buried under the pillows. His men had begun training like they always did at 6 o'clock in the morning; most days he would have joined them but today he had a throbbing hangover which was not being helped by the sound of training fights going on all round the house. Lydia bustled into his room carrying a tray of food which in Damien's opinion was rattling far too loudly to be allowed.
"Come now it's 10 o'clock and the house is alive with activity" She announced cheerfully
"I know; my head has been pounding for the last four hours" Damien groaned into his mattress
